Introduction
The Office of Information Services currently has 61 full-time IT staff members. According to the nature of their work, they are organized into four divisions and one center:
Project Development Division – responsible for system development and maintenance
Education Support Section – responsible for classroom IT support, faculty IT training, computer repairs, and service desk operations
Administration Information Section – responsible for the development, maintenance, and database administration of university administrative systems
Network Management Section – responsible for campus network planning, deployment, and management, as well as data center operations
Center for Distance Education Development – responsible for digital course development, multimedia equipment management, and distance learning services
In addition, student assistants are recruited to form various service teams to help with software, hardware, network, cybersecurity, and webpage-related tasks.
